PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) is produced by processing a mixture of polycrystalline synthetic diamond powder and bonding agent under high temperature and pressure. It is used in precision cutting tools for various nonferrous metals, nonmetals, and composite materials and in wear-resistant tools.

Due to its high abrasion resistance, PCD is also ideal for use in wear part applications (both ferrous and non ferrous contact surfaces).
